I hereby declare that the information provided in this registration form is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions set by the event organisers, the Maldives Bodyboarding Association (MBBA), and the International Bodyboarding Corporation (IBC), where applicable.

I acknowledge that participation in bodyboarding is an inherently hazardous activity and that I participate entirely at my own risk. I accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expense that may arise before, during, or after the event, and I release and hold harmless the event organisers, sponsors, officials, volunteers, the MBBA, the IBC, and all affiliated parties from any liability, except where prohibited by law.

I consent to the use of my name, photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional, marketing, editorial, and broadcasting purposes without compensation.

I understand that the organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel my entry if I fail to comply with the event rules or provide false or misleading information.
